Pros
I have enjoyed working here because of the people. They treat me as a part of a family.
Cons
They don’t have any health insurance, allowances nor life insurances. You will be offered a minimum wage then increased in by 1k only when you became a regular employee. Unpaid overtime. Too much rules and penalties in finance team. A lot of unnecessary activities during the day and as a result, employees have to extend their work hours unpaid. They are not offering a work from home set up. They only give employees a 5 days leave for the whole year.
