Feast and famine work style. Poor pay. There are so many issues now. The top have run out of ideas. So many have kept their jobs and staff laid off who shouldn't have been. High level people just graze and move side to side just to hold on and the owners wonder why nothing changes. Only around 30% do the actual work. Quality work is not valued any longer and favoured over speed and the company wonders why it's reputation in markets is now poor. Things aren't working properly! No new products coming to market, unlikely to with the current setup and because of office politics, lack of progression and people have been overlooked for better roles. Non technical team leaders and management are a major issue as it hinders people who know what they are doing. NPI products were brought to market a few years ago with major issues and never resolved and unfortunately a lot of staff who were not at fault needlessly lossed jobs. HR are not the most professional at times.

I've been an employee for Andor over 8 years and have witnessed progressively low pay and poor benefits compared to industry standards, lack of career progression,A poor management built around bullying, a high employee turnover rate.This has all been exacerbated by the seemingly endless round of redundancies that has seen over 100 colleagues made to leave in less than 8 months
