I learned a lot. The team had great communication and predisposition. Focus in latest technology. The team try to learn of previous mistakes and the management try to answer to the needs (it takes times, but they try and they listen)

Cons

Those who know of the business are never around, so tasks aren't clear. Not the best planificación when it comes to what to do and how. Some people have an old fashioned sense of humor, border in discrimination. I was never discriminated at work but I do think some jokes shouldn't be shared in work groups.
