      Literally, the WORST place I have worked

      Well, you could come in and leave whenever you want. If your there for.more than a year

      Cons

      You have to clean toilettes, wash floors, vacuum No professional cleaners employed. Pays casual labor under the table. No business ethics whatsoever. When I quit, I had to get.my final pay by filing a claim with Employment Standards Admin/Acctg.staff were the most miserable, negative, and bitter individuals I have ever worked with. Everything and everyone is useless or stupid Very little training provided and no support will be given by your admin/acctg coworkers. Figure it out yourself mentality.

      Pros

      There are lots of pros if upper management notice you. If you sell well, you can do no wrong. Decent pricing perks for staff.

      Cons

      Upper management have favourite staff members. Blind eyes to certain staff that can do no wrong while other staff members get reprimanded for less. Constant commission thefts. Personally witnessed fights between staff members where an assistant manager swung for another staff member. This assistant manager was sent to anger management instead of being fired. No lunch breaks. Was told to eat on the sales floor between clients. No overtime, regardless of long hours. Not a positive team environment!
