Everything about the environment, management and job. Management frequently would ask you to take on more and more responsibility as people around you quit and then would ghost you when you would ask about being paid for those additional jobs. The entire commercial team is comprised of yes men. They don’t consider practical and long term business strategies so when the wind blows another direction, everyone is sent scrambling. If you want to be harassed, demeaned, stressed to the point of physical implications then this is the company for you. On my first day, I was told by a child of a member of management, “this place doesn’t set up anyone for success”. That’s how bad it is.
