Minimal pay, ZERO leadership, no work experience that can translate to furthering your career. Management simply doesn't know what they are doing. There's no experience that can be learned as there's no experienced leaders. ZERO company communication. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The only meetings are conducted by the insurance representatives.
Great deals on clothing, very friendly people, lots of creative freedom & hands off atmosphere. Very aware of sexual harassment prevention and progressive individuals.
Cons
The pay is low and the upper management seem very out of touch with workload/skills they require for certain positions. Also the 'quantity over quality' style of marketing feels tacky in comparison to other underwear brands. The atmosphere feels uncomfortably quiet compared to the highly coveted, cross functional, start ups millennials in digital media thrive in. Little flexibility with hours.
