Very open working environment, both in the shop and the office area. Especially when working on a difficult problem, people here respect each other no matter how limited their knowledge may be.
Every project is a new and exciting challenge, making it invigorating to get up and go to work in the morning. And the customers we work with are always striving to be the best in their respective industries, working here makes that happen.
Cons
This is a hard company to complain about. The building in Corvallis seems a little limited in the number of employees, however the company is growing.
