      Pros

      Supportive team and friendly working environment. I was given opportunities to learn and develop my skills within client accounts, and I appreciated the support from colleagues and managers.

      Cons

      Some processes can be busy and fast-paced, especially during month end, and there can be a lot to manage at the same time. More structured development opportunities would be helpful.

      Pros

      Lovely colleagues - stuck together. Job itself is easy

      Cons

      Huge amount of staff leaving after RSD returned. If you do anything wrong, you will be threatened that it is gross misconduct (even thought many many times it isn’t). RSD takes genuine pleasure in visiting branches and screaming at members of staff, likes to throw her power around and remind you that she is the boss. Complaints to HR don’t work, especially sexual ones, despite this being so commonplace in the industry they are happy to brush it under the rug. Not allowed a lunch break. Overtime regularly expected with no pay. Commission is long to get. Management in general is awful
