      First ended up ok, but then ended up really crappy

      Pros

      It's ok if you want a team driver and are living close to St. George. Hire on Bonus was good.

      Cons

      The rate of pay isn't what they tell you. I was told .30 a mile and got .16 a mile. They say they want experienced divers and will pay for the experience but treat you like a rookie. They are family owned and operated, but if you're not family you're just another number. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the office is a joke.

      Pros

      Nothing! The Part about being a broker is not true. I am able to say just one positive thing, I learned myself to use AS400, a common program used in the transportation business. By going through it daily I figured it out. The AS400 does not change, just the keys to get where you need to go.

      Cons

      The micromanagement made the job impossible! The Cut throat environment made you hate going in everyday. No Training, you better be ready to learn by trial and error, because no one wants to give up training to cut into their pay. I have worked in a lot of Transportation places and this was the worse. So unorganized that you have to make up your own way.

      Great hometime an benefits...an New trucks and trailers

      Cons

      Pay.... People in the office.. From dispatch... To pay roll.... To human resources...... very bad attitude towards the drivers...lots of work Southern California It's for free long hours... only getting paid by the mile..... If you want to work hard... And not get paid...... This is the company for you.....
