Pros

I enjoyed my work, had a GREAT team and I miss them!

Cons

VERY disappointed with the way the company went. We had a GREAT team and all most all the pieces were in place for success but Eric, (owner) would never allow the success to happen. we had some ethics issues that we all felt were in check but when things got tough, ALL the wrong decisions were made. When you need twice as many customer agent as sales people, something is very wrong. We had production based pay and when that started working, he changed it because he didn't want to pay a reasonable wage for the ones doing the work. I had 2 other family members working there too and in the end, both were taken advantage of as well. One son is VERY successful because of what he learned but his wages were honestly 1/2 thee value and my other son was never given the raise he was promised. He was doing twice the work of others in his department and when he asked about the raise, he was told that he didn't have to stay. Eric did NOT honor his word and even though I was treated relatively well (probably better than anyone in the company) I would NOT recommend anyone work for this company. The residual money that is paid from YouTube on the videos we made e has MORE than paid for every dime it cost to employ me and I have asked him to remove the videos as I do NOT want to have my likeness as an endorsement of andy's. I am afraid i am going to have to file suit to get them removed!

Pros

Got to explore Morgan Hill, close to some good eateries? Some co-workers were nice

Cons

Where do I begin...sufficient lack of training, incompetent/drug addicted co-workers (heard co-workers talking about drugs right next to me), co-workers who were bullies, "juvenile delinquent" atmosphere. Facilities were BEYOND disgusting, could easily get mold poisoning, vending machine from the 1950's, cheat their customers---should be shut down soon. Could have been paid more in retail

Disorganized and cash-focused

Pros

Pretty flexible, good work/life balance, people are friendly, and management really wants to care.

Cons

Lack of marketing expertise took out the income stream for the company, which is now being run with the only focus being to get as much revenue as possible to wait out the slow season. Our manager got laid off and the owner of the company undid all of the good things that he put in place, which were the best things that happened to the company from what I can tell. There's also no development team for an e-commerce company.
