Great people, excellent training, highly recommend. Annual raises and possible for you to earn additional in commissions, but not guaranteed. A true work family.

Little opportunity to advance, due to low number of managerial positions, but can still earn annual raises and possibly commissions depending on job. Overtime sometimes available

Family owned business with management and coworkers that support each other and offer a level of customer service that is well respected. Company in Business since 1956.
Cons
It can be difficult competing against national companies, but the personal service that is ingrained in this company can help alleviate that disadvantage.
