Exact Care needs better Coffee!

The management is lacking any structure or accountability for the employees. One employee could be performing at a high level while the person sitting next to you is substandard at best, but you quickly realize it does not make a difference in managements eyes. Leaves you wondering why you stress yourself out to make a difference. Once you get acclimated you soon notice that there is no training standard and it is a free for all with an expectation of no errors, which will be quickly pointed out to you. There is no room for growth unless you are a favorite of senior management, and a male. It's the epitome of "old boys club". Often you wonder if management even works well together or discuss the changes occurring because they can only be described as chaotic at best.
