      When I first joined the company it looked like a great opportunity on paper. The work I did for our customers was awarding and challenging.

      Cons

      Inconsistent and unpredictable bonus. Little visibility to work outside your current project. Lots of turnover at the management level Little or no growth opportunities Short Term mindset with limit growth
