Pros

Coworkers, not management they suck

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and plays favorites like crazy. Your pay is low and you’re promised that bonuses make up for, but never receive any. Chief People Officer is part of HR, but she knows nothing about people skills and also likes to play favorites. Hostile environment if you aren’t willing to keep your mouth shut. If you have complaints, no one cares.

Pros

Ridiculously high pay for the position compared to the same position with other companies in the industry. Here there are called "Rn Case Manager" compared to "Flight Coordinators" at other companies. Company is in the process of being sold.

Cons

The Owner/CEO places an emphasis on gouging the insurance companies hundreds of thousands of dollars for flights, even when industry standards are a quarter of what he charges and actual costs for the flights are a fraction of that. This is the business model of how this company was built. He has a full legal team on staff so when the families, or the insurance company wont pay the enormous fees, he threatens them with legal action until they concede or lose a house. Here there are called "Rn Case Manager" compared to "Flight Coordinators" at other companies. They do this so they can fool hospital staff to THINK they are dealing with someone who knows what they are doing when in fact 99% of the "Rn Case Managers" have never done this type of work before. You cant work here for long if you have a shred of dignity or conscience. As with the other reviews, the owner/CEO is either never there or when he is there, he makes sure you know it. He screams, yells profanities and racial slurs, throws things around, knocks things down, punches holes in the walls (they have a drywall repair guy on retainer to fix the damage as quickly as possible). He hires, then dates, then breaks up with many of the female employees. Once he's through with them, they get a "break-up compensation" package, i.e., new job title and a raise and it creates a highly competitive environment among the women throughout the company. There is NO opportunity for advancement unless you have a relationship with the owner. When he is not there the uppermanagementminions take over and its a feeding frenzy with mass terminations and relocations and gang wars. This place is NOT what it appears to be and no amount of management changes will fix it, the culture is toxic and the reputation and credibility are beyond repair. So many good employees were either forced out or terminated because they were good at what they did and didn't blend in with the toxic culture. After leaving, former employees have had their credibility tarnished and called into question because of the reputation of the company.
