Pros

After being bought by Genesys they offer Open time-offs which is good. There is a good work life balance and very flexible environment. Work culture is good.

Cons

Bad compensation. If you can negotiate initially then it might work our for you. Do not expect yearly increment in your salary.

Pros

There were none. But since Genesys aquired them, in theory should get better with time. Genesys is a good company with competent employees/management.

Cons

Complete distaster, no process for anything, management was all over the place. Micromanagement is an understatement.
