Great Place to work. If you enjoy math and like teaching people then this is a great place to start. Its not a high paying job but that's not the reason why one works there.
Cons
No real big cons. When business is slow you still get paid and you get to work on homework. Dont see any cons in that kind of work environment. Sometimes people get frustrated with math and express there frustration in different ways but that's only natural.
