Comprehensive training and support during first 6 months. Great place to start a recruitment career and progress to management Good resources available to enable you to provide deliver speedy and high quality recruitment service. Great commission structure if you are a consistently £10k+ biller compare to big agencies Very friendly and supportive team.
Cons
Work/Life balance is an issue which is normal for recruitment industry if you want to make good money.
