None there are no pros working for them

Cons

Cheapest owners ever, didn't care about improving the business they own. Only care about padding their wallets. Benefits are terrible, no raises or bonuses.

Bad management that looked past the slow workers and pushed the hard workers to there max

It was close to home

Cons

management favoritism and low pay for the workers who did it all on each line and kept the production up so management didn't look bad. Expected to be cross trained on everything so you could be shifted continuously to get that worker back up to pace.
