Nothing to be honest. No yearly increase in salary except last year because the company keeps on telling more than award rate is there for all staff which we agree but a constant yearly increase is good just like other companies

Very flexible, rewarding, and positive culture. Easily the best company I have ever worked for and would gladly return in future in the right circumstances. Senior management are not too top heavy and are always looking at how to help their staff resolve issues rather than trying to punish, which is a huge factor in driving the amazing culture at Jobfind/AKG. The company also always looks within first when new opportunities arise as staff development & growing their people is one of the company values.

Cons

Pay/workload balance. The amount of work and the pay aren’t really balanced, but it is made up for in bonuses & other benefits, as well as flexibility.
