      Something which is very unique about Edoofa is the open non-hierarchy environment that is very blissful to work, learn, discover, experiment, which repeats over and over with a continuous process of improvement. Full of positive energy around & numerous opportunities to bring in the best out of you over a period of time.

      Cons

      The management should be strict to implement rules when employees report late or do not abide by the office timings and it's culture.

Excellent space for learning important skills rapidly and gaining new experiences. 2. Lack of corporate hierarchy as top management including CEO are highly approachable and receptive to your ideas. 3. Opportunities to contribute to the product at every level. 4. No defined job role as you can practically build your resume with extensive work ex and get opportunities for rapid growth. 5. Good, stress-free work environment

      No major cons as such, but organization needs a more targetted and personalized approach towards the different markets that it caters to, and is gradually building towards that.
