In a company of experts, everyone has a voice - if you see the next big thing, you can work through and with your colleagues to go after it. There's a high degree of empowerment and trust, so be prepared to show initiative and take ownership.

Cons

As with all centrally-managed global organisations, the further away that you are from the UK HQ, the longer you'll need to wait for feedback on back-office activities.
