1) Time flexibility 2) Respect hard workers and rewards them 3) Great environment to work at. 4) All the employees are quite helpful. 5) Ample freedom to move around within work place. 6) Exposure to latest tool and technologies. 7) Meeting rooms for discussion. 8) Opportunities are given to talk to the clients even if you are working at developer level which is quite helpful for people to gain confidence.

1. You Can't go out side of the office :D 2. You can't take more than 2 cup of coffee from coffee machine :D 3. You have to complete 9½ Hours any how 4. You can't be friend of boy or girl :D 5. So much politics from CEO

1. Environment is not good 2. You have to complete daily 9½ Hours Any how 3. Management is very much interested in your personal life 4. No worth of good peoples 5. No Increments 6. You can't go outside the office in Lunch or tea break :D and many more

Employees here understand their responsibilities and do everything they can to achieve the goal 6. Smart workers get reward in a way or another, be it a monetary reward or a promotion 7. Best place for the trainees and freshers 8. Apart from the work you get to showcase your skills in games and sports activities as well

No cons as such, though as an employee 1. You have to be smart along with a hard and dedicated worker to be here 2. You can't run away from your responsibility
