The Director of the company is a sweetheart. Very honest, considerate and accommodating. The design team has a couple of nice women who are very pleasant and fun. Too bad they’re the only good seeds of the office. Everyone else you can throw away. Including the owner. Cool location though. Meh

No company should be ran with emotions!!! Period. When your entire staff has negative things to say about you, that says A LOT! I don’t care how many good deeds this woman (Rebecca Hosmer/"Becky") does, something is internally off - and you can see it in her eyes when she condescends you. She’s big on giving back but it’s almost like she’s trying to compensate for what she’s lacking! Giving, comforts her insecurities, her lack of mental stability and because she’s still the kid in school who wants everyone to like her, giving is a sense of approval and validation. She will fake smile in your face and stab you in the back 5mins later. And praise you one moment but find the slightest reason to fire you the next; all because you're too confident and more sure of yourself than she will ever be! Yet, the ultimate “people pleaser”. Becky's work ethic and communication skills suck. She’s a complete narcissist who legitimately needs counseling. There’s NO WONDER why SO MANY people (no exaggeration) have come and gone. The team is full of women. Besides the few that I mentioned in the pros everyone else, including the owner, is really fake nice. After hearing a few of the whispering gossip sessions, you start to wonder if being genuine exists here. If you're overly nice, a yes ma’am with a valley girl speech who desperately needs a job, if you lack confidence and a voice and have no other goals in life but to get treated like a puppet, you will THRIVE and possibly get a trip to Bali. This place is too unorganized for elevation unless you’re ready to be talked to like a child along the way. It's too much work to stay on Becky’s weirdly unpredictable “good side”. If there is one. She's a silent bully who enjoys combat but wears an "angel" face. She operates like a lost child who requires hand holding, elementary mock ups/examples (literally), who will dump 20 tasks on you at once just to give them to the next person in the same breath and accuse you of not doing your job. Is this the place to elevate + progress? NO. This lady is mental case. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.
