Small hospital not crazy busy

Where do I start... All departments think they are god's gift to earth. Everyone blames everyone else for their mistakes. Within each department its like mean girls. Anyone not in a certain group is targeted and pushed out. Pathetic work environment. People look to tear others down and purposefully try to make others fail and set people up to get them in trouble.
