      Cons

      Many employees in their positions for years so no room for job growth or opportunities for others. President comes off very condescending and cold. You will be expected to do your job and others if no one is available

      The salary is competitive, the culture is very employee friendly, and they do a lot of events for employee happiness. The health insurance is also top tier.

      General bickering is common for small issues similar to a large family. Random expected benefits you would THINK to expect from a great company like this like jury duty pay/maternity leave, are not available.
