      Will hire straight out of school with decent pay Can make up missed time by staying late or coming in early Taking time off is easy Understanding of employees with children Most days you have lunch due to drug reps

      Cons

      Management isnt very organized Workload can become overwhelming No HR department so complaints can fall on deaf ears Lunch can be cut short because of lack of coverage Only 5 days PTO 1-3 years and then 10 days 3+ up
