-work directly with CEO -attend investor meetings -have a voice / creative control -team building skills -diverse group of individuals -you don't realize how much you're learning until you leave and are thrown into other jobs where you have to think quickly on your feet -this isn't a job for thin skinned individuals
Cons
-having to stay positive every single day can be tough -its not the most rewarding job, you can put in a ton of hard work and not always get the results you wanted (instagram likes, press, photography) but building a brand isn't simple

NEVER TRY THIS COMPANY!!!NEVER!!! She will have you take care of her dogs and buy her lunches for sure. I was also asked to take her boots to get repaired for her. She can get pissed off for non sense with unprofessional attitude and pretended nothing in a short while.
