Interesting science and in a nice location.
Cons
It is amazing how such a small company can be so toxic. Leadership is inexperienced and always on the lookout for division to sow or people to blame for their own failures. There is an overwhelming air of anxiety and ridiculous micromanagement. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any competent scientists or drug developers. Working here was awful.
