      Remote work and couple of good knowledgeable people to work with.

      Completely agree with the previous reviewer - Stay away from this company!!! It is the CEOs playground. He absolutely works on Hire and Fire policy. He gets a client, hires people at very cheap rates promising either big positions or big bonus which never happen, and as soon as the work is done, he just gets rid of the people without any notice. Families can be devastated if you are the only person working in your family. No health, 401k etc. benefits. Not an industry standard compensation package either. Joining this company will be the biggest mistake anyone can ever do. Surprised that things didn't change even now. Should have written the review long back.

      Cannot think of any pros.

      Join this company only of you would like to ruin your career. The CEO is not a leader..he is a boss .. a dictator. His vision changes every single day and loves to hire and fire people. He will harass and force the employees to resign voluntarily so he doesn't have to pay unemployment benefits. Constantly lies to his employees and customers. The company provides zero benefits and PTO policy is a joke. Very negative work environment, stay away from this company.

      Pros

      Some good people work(ed) there. The pay wasn't bad, until it was reduced without notice. They provide benefits... I mean you pay alot for them, but they are "available".

      Cons

      Internal visibility is the business equivalent to pea soup. The CEO is manic at best and fraudulent, at anything less than best. Due to his inability to actually plan or execute a business you can/will be fired regardless of what you do or how well you do it. The "product" is fake and he is trying to sell it to boost his valuation for investors but in reality doesn't have a product to deliver. I am also confident that the only positive reviews of the company were written by him as NO ONE actually feels that way. Seriously, walk away from whatever he is selling.
