Not well run by upper level management. HR plays favorites and partakes in activities that do not seem fair or consistent to all who work there ~ different rules apply to different people, and no one seems to be looking out for the employee's interests. I never had issues with this personally, but saw it happen to a lot of good workers. There is a lot of disrespect from upper management towards production employees. A lot of good people have left for better companies and opportunities due to dissatisfaction and lack of team environment. Nothing is ever good enough at this company, unless you are one of management's "pets".
