- People in the core team seem nice but they are just very good at faking it. The environment is not friendly, it is toxic, close-minded and full of hate. Racism, behind-talking, childish sexual jokes and rants are everyday things. You just can't trust your collegues and their lack of empathy is disconcerting. - Work-related issues are not openly discussed, silence and lies are often preferred, contributing to create misunderstandings and increase hatred. - Workaholism is a serious problem in the core team. Life-work balance is not valued at all. Overtime is not requested but it is passively expected. - Work relationships and personal relationships are tight together in a not-healthy way. - Leadership is weak. Managers often do not take clear decisions and are at odds with one another.
