      Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing and Nothing.

      Cons

      Worst Management - They don;t know how to run a company and make one of the worst management decisions. Excellent people get layoff everyday. Please don't ever work for this company, you will be decreasing your self confidence.

      Pros

      Commute. Decent pay. Great area with nice places to eat at lunch.

      Cons

      New direction is atrocious resulting in many unhappy people. A few key individuals have been given new leadership roles and it's been nothing but hell. Work in their minds takes presidence over any type of family life you wish to have. No consideration for the employees and the long hours they give you but it's never enough. It has to change or there will be no more.

      Good fundamental technology and engineering talent. Strong brand and position in traditional markets Good mid-level managers sprinkled across the organization New T&M President in Japan could usher in a new culture of innovation. Work/Life balance is pretty good compared to many other Silicon Valley companies

      Cons

      Poor coupling of product development and key customer/markets needs. Propensity to avoid risk and take follower position, resulting in perpetual market struggle. US President hires less-than-competent cronies to lead the America's sales organization, resulting in insecure and rash decision making, lacking in strategic vision.
