      work from home, hours are reasonable

      Cons

      they do not promote based on your qualifcations but based on you relationship to other management. If you want to advance your career this is not the job for you unless you are related to someone in managment

      Pros

      One of the pros is having a flexible schedule and knowing that the job is the same every day.

      Cons

      The gossip and toxicity. The other reviews are right. Bad attitudes and pessimism ruins everything and gets worse. The company has been around for a long time but it seems like it started last week.I would not recommend Anserve.
