Pros

You will learn to do five people's worth of work with minimal supervision and appreciation.

Cons

One supervisor overreacts and constantly wants attention. Another one has an overinflated ego. I was treated like a technician. I was overqualified for the work I was made to do. Expected to work overtime constantly with no compensation or appreciation. There's a lady who is shockingly intrusive in everyone's personal lives and asks personal questions. Another lady loses her temper and curses everyone every other day. I cannot fathom how the people live with themselves. Salary is so low that I had to do a part time job to cover my expenses.

Pros

Good lesson on how not behave in a professional environment and how not to treat your team or employees when you are in a managerial position.

Cons

Zero work satisfaction and Zero personal or professional growth. Hard work gets you nowhere rather favoritism gets you everything.   Toxic work environment with over worked and under payed employees. Employees are expected to work overtime and on weekends with no appreciation or compensation. Inputs and new ideas from employees are not welcome.  Rules and company policies are different for different individuals. Some Managers come and go as they please and take unlimited number of payed vacation days. Intense rivalry amongst managers of various departments. Employees are caught in the cross fire and pay the consequences for the dysfunctional upper management.  HR department is utterly incompetent with no interest in looking out for the employees well-fair and spends majority of the workday surfing social media websites. CEO and upper management are extremely intrusive in employee’s personal life. Inappropriate comments and judgements are passed on people.  In a nutshell, working here is a lose lose situation. Noting to gain but might lose your mind.

Pros

Can't think of any outstanding pros besides if the managers like you for whatever reason, you can get far in the company itself.

Cons

- In the short amount of time at Ansh labs, I learned everything I needed to about the management style and the toxicity of the office. The upper management has a lot to learn regarding treating employees fairly and right. - Employees were constantly insulted in group meetings. The environment was always discouraging and depressing. The management always makes you feel worthless and useless. - There is no work life balance at all. You cannot have your personal life if you are working in this company. No one can be trusted. Upper management including the CEO pass comments on your personal life and your character. Everyone is always curious to know what is going on in your personal life. -Employees who left are always bad mouthed. The pay is extremely low. There is no room for growth. Overall, this place was toxic, management was almost always in a bad, I was micromanaged, there was almost zero training and you could randomly be thrown into a task you have no idea how to complete. The list goes on and on. Ansh labs needs a major wake up call. If you invest in your employees first, your company will thrive.
