      Great place for learning. I had the opportunity to learn many things and gain valuable experience. It was one of the best learning phases of my career.

      Cons

      The attitude of the senior management needs improvement. In my experience, decisions were sometimes influenced more by personal ego than by what was best for employees or the organization. This kind of approach can negatively impact employees' careers and morale.
