      Pros

      -Quite competitive pay -Fairly generous commissions -Consistently keep reliable vehicles -When things are good, they're very good

      Cons

      -Very unwilling to embrace change, company looks and feels like it is stuck in the 1990s -Not likely to take advice/recommendations because the business development coaches words mean more than their employees, no exceptions to be made whatsoever -Too many technicians for the clientele, to the point no work has become the new normal -When things are bad, it's awful

      No risk of layoff, fair pay and plenty of opportunity.

      Cons

      Could be better at showing appreciation, especially for top performers. Unfortunately they will jump on the opportunity to let a technicality block bonuses.
