Christian environment—many wonderful coworkers. To work for a cause is rewardng. "Never a dull moment." Cincinnati area has a lot to offer.

Cons

Poor and/or inconsistent pay for many. Little job stability. Exceptional hard work and sacrifice is taken too much for granted.
