      The company fosters a collaborative work environment where cross-functional teams work together, making it easy to share knowledge and learn from colleagues across various disciplines. Also ANSYS offers flexibility in work arrangements, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. I think it is the great place to work in the world.

      Some projects involve dealing with legacy code, which can be challenging and may slow down the implementation of new features or technologies.

      Leading tech pedigree in semiconductors and access to ANSYS rich tool suite. Colleagues were largely cordial and contributed to decent working conditions.

      Cons

      Local branch management is not based on meritocracy. Professional development is not linked directly to skills and effort.
