Pros

Good hands on work experience, Majority of coworkers are decent

Cons

This job values quantity over quality, they want you to push out results regardless of sample or instrument problems. They are so understaffed that no one will help you if you need it. Had non-functioning instruments where half the specimens were done manually in my last month of employment with this company.

Pros

- most people you work with are nice, friendly people - work itself is not too difficult because it is repetitive every night - hiring often - would recommend if you are looking for a short term job (1-2 yrs)

Cons

- when coworkers call out, especially on weekends, it can get very tiring since it is a very fast paced environment - many people join and quit after a few months

Pros

Good pet insurance if you even really need it.

Cons

Terrible management severely understaffed and still especially you to make up the work. Bad attitudes and training will belittle you for not knowing answers to questions you haven’t been taught yet. It is less of a lab and more like an assembly line job. Lab is far from sterile and in a disgusting warehouse with much cross contamination with equipment and ppe.
