Pros
Training should come second handed as they would expect you to know and had experience in the work field. Office culture has its ups and down time depending on our vendors, contracts, and anything happening in our facilities. You receive full benefits within the first month of hire. Good place for advancement since they are rapidly growing.
Cons
Company is still going through a lot of changes since they have acquired two manufacturing companies in Houston. A lot of implement changes and reasoning have been made but doesn't seem to settle in yet. There also seems to be a quick turn over rate in the manufacturing department.
