      Pros

      Family oriented. Upper management keeps all employees updated with every new venture taking place. Your work is valued and appreciated. There are various opportunities for growth given to all employees. I'm glad to be a part of this company. They always put their employees first!

      Cons

      Being that it is a start-up, the company is still relatively small compared to giant corporations that are already established and fully functioning.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment. Great place for someone just starting out in their career. to gain experience. Will let you learn whatever you want as long as you have the time. They have decent benefits and seem to be improving on them every year.

      Cons

      It's a small startup company so of course you need to be open to doing everything. There is going to be some growing pains and already has but I feel confident with the new direction they are taking.
