Pros

The residents and the pay was okay.

Cons

Ownership (partners) lie about how much they care about employees and residents. They break their promises. They will pray with you then stab you in the back. They allow their executive and regional directors to lie and discriminate. No company ethics!! Starts at the top!

Pros

New facility Most coworkers are pretty great

Cons

Management creates unnecessary drama and stress between coworkers Understaffed which is typical in these settings, but they’ll tell you they’re over staffed daily…. Check when anyone has had a federally mandated break? They claim to be assisted living only to get away with not hiring certified caregivers, but many of these people are full cares and belong in memory care within a nursing home setting and several outside nurses and aides that come in will absolutely agree. The staff is very diverse but racism still definitely exists. For example calling the police on a pregnant, black woman waiting for a ride because she swore claiming she’s aggressive meanwhile the management wouldn’t just let her sit in the lobby even though it was one of the coldest days of this year. Insufficient training Management covered up and deleted evidence of one of their favorite employees attempting to steal THC meds from the narcotics drawer. Would not recommend running their medications cart, they’re not always stocked properly and that could come back to you.
