      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      * Christmas bonus for employees employed for longer than a year * Some friendly staff * Work interesting.

      Cons

      * Spiteful gossip and backstabbing like I have never experienced * Cliquey management engaging with some employees against others * No career prospects unless you are part of the clique * No professionalism and gossip encouraged about members of staff * Attempts to do a good job treated with disdain by peers

      We appreciate all feedback as an opportunity to grow and develop as a firm. Based on our wish to do the best for our staff as well as for our clients we are introducing career paths for all staff, a new promotion process and all our roles are advertised internally.       Worst law firm in London

      Pros

      Really can’t think of any. Oh actually private health was good! You needed it as everyone’s mental health was so bad

      Cons

      Everyone is miserable, no personality and everyone with sense leaves in the end. Most people who are actually kind and friendly leave after 6 months. Terrible work culture. Bully behaviour by certain partners. I would say HR doesn’t exist there.

      Unsupportive Management and Lack of Direction

      Pros

      Some people are lovely, but that comes rarely, especially in this company.

      Cons

      Management was poor, they would expect results and action without any sense of direction nor support. My manager was lazy, not nice and wasn't helpful. Members of my team were unsupportive alongside management. The culture was quite toxic and I do feel I was bullied by certain members. The office working environment was quite hostile and eerey, I didn't feel comfortable talking openly with those working around me and was quite dead simply put it. Lack of diversity and slight racism experienced.
