      Smart, Unique Employees; Micromanaging Managers

      Pros

      Anthro hires smart people. Lots of quirky personalities, some good quirky, some just plain odd. People stay a long time because the pay is slightly better than average and the benefits are good. Great desks! New management, Ergotron, is great!

      Cons

      Ugly, shabby offices. A few employees have power struggles and the instigators get away with it because they've worked there forever and ever. Makes lots of people miserable.

      Nice people. Your five word minimum is moronic.

      Cons

      Poverty. The pay is so low that I live in my car. I am not the only homeless person working there.
