Staff are delightful to work with despite the challenging environment created from Head Office. Lovely locations and good atmosphere within the pubs.
Cons
Company is ran by an egotistical narcissist with limited grasp on the real world who often struggles to keep his hands to himself (allegedly). Labour budgets are managed by head office staff with zero experience in hospitality. I personally struggled to retain new starters with immense potential and talent due to restrictive pay caps placed by HR woman with no industry knowledge or experience. Nonsensical targets which set managers and staff up to fail from the get go. Total lack of organisation. Massive staff turnover rate. Shady business dealings (payment delays, sites seized etc)
