      - Antler's thesis seems directionally right - Good pipeline of founders coming in - Lots of interesting people you meet

      Cons

      - Local team in Aus has low retention which I believe come from an underlying set of cultural problems - Some bad actors on the team - No major internal opportunities for promotion
