      Acceptable salary Flexible working hours Interesting projects and clients

      Cons

      In some teams management is pretty toxic Only on-site, no hybrid work for even one day a week Project often mismanaged, time gets wasted on tasks that are not needed for given project, not enough people to finish the projects on time.

      Very cool product, super interesting vision, very smart people working there

      Cons

      Very low salaries, all hours are rigidly documented, and the incentive and motivation for workers is more like a child/parent relationship than an employee/employer relationship
