I've been working with Antsglobe since past 1 year and I must say, the company has very competitive environment. You need to constantly upgrade and find new and innovative resources to get your work done. You can expect good amount of exposure here.
Cons
As a new-bie, sometimes it becomes difficult to cope up with the fast growing pace, hence it becomes frustrating sometimes.

Pros
There are varied projects where teams are deployed on time-to-time where are required to learn or upskill and the company provides enough time for learning and upskilling which I like the most.
Cons
Miscommunication happens between team mates when the exact project requirement varies even for a small update due to lack of better streamlining of communications
