      Pros

      The employees you get to work with and charity involvement.

      Cons

      The place is a disaster. Leadership does not listen to their employees. Everything is one sided and employees fear speaking up. The company is too worried about expanding when they don’t even have a grasp of their current state. Several departments are crashing and losing people. Embracing diversity has turned into discrimination. The culture that was once positive has turned toxic.

      Pros

      With the new expansion, Antunes has added an onsite clinic with medical care professionals as well as a full fitness center with group classes, equipment and even massage chairs! The best part is it is all at no cost for team members. So many perks have been added to the wonderful culture we already have!
