The real problem stems from the apathy of the court jester you see on the tv ads-Jack Antwerpen. Jack likes to stagger into management meeting and scream,bang on the table and curse like a sailor to motivate his staff. Jack's infantile behavior sets the whole tone of the organization.When upper management feels you haven't stole enough from customers and employees and/or you have a workers comp case pending....YOUR FIRED. Almost five years of service,forced to another store to bail out a failing department(that manager was fired when he suffered throat cancer) and thrown aside for someone with no experience. They won't pay severance and they keep whatever commission you had coming.

Rude managers, NO TRAINING, SINK OR SWIM ... zero support, horrible environment. New employees go days and days and are never get introduced to their co-workers including the managers! It's incredible that in this day a Toyota store of all places is run this poorly, you'll have to figure your job description out by yourself or by methods of disrespecting you as person . Be prepared to be extremely confused and spoken to as if you had verbally abusive parents
